Must possess a degree in Horticulture of a recognized university or institution recognized by the university grants commission, provided that M.Sc (Agriculture) with specialization in Horticulture would be considered for appointment if candidates having a degree in Horticulture are not available.
Provided that in case of SC/ST vacancies if the candidates with B.Sc degree qualification in Horticulture are not available the candidates with B.Sc degree qualification in Agriculture shall become eligible.
Preference will be given for candidates having Computer knowledge. |

Mode of selection
1.Rule of Reservation will be followed.
2. Selection will be made on Zone wise merit for posts at Sl.No. 1 & 2 and District wise merit for posts at Sl.No. 3 & 4
3. Short listed candidates by way of merit (in 1:3 ratio) for Data Entry Operators will be examined for Computer skills at APARD, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad. Final selection will be based on Computer knowledge.
Tenure
The selected candidates will be taken on One year contract. They have to give a written Bond that they will not leave the organization during the period of contract. They can however, be removed on grounds of misconduct anytime during the contract period. During the period of contract, their education certificates will be retained by the Horticulture Department.
Appointment
Contract appointment orders will be issued from CDS-APARD.

Results
List of Shortlisted candidates will be displayed on Website
between 19-02-2010 and 21-02-2010.
